These people are still trying to keep me as a customer and stupidly I decided to go with it. I was told my phone would be at the store Thursday last week or Friday at the latest. Well I called the store and they said the phone hasn't been sent as yet and she doesn't have the contact details for me to follow it up on my behalf.

The cancellation fee they wanted to charge was in the region R4500. Come on Autopage, this service is ridiculous! I don't see anyone working on behalf of the customer. It seems to be a me me me only company. I want my cellphone contract cancelled with zero pay in. I am disgusted with the shocking service. And, I must keep my number!!!
