Service too pathetic to adequately describe

My cell bill was high for several months so I requested itemised billing - only to realise that I was being charged for every byte of data used despite paying for a data bundle, . I went to the branch at Fourways Mall on the 19/11/2014 and found that my data bundle was not "activated". The bundle was activated but no response was received as to a refund of all the additional charges paid over a period of /- 6 months. I called the branch twice more and left messages but none of them were returned. I went back to the branch where i approached Muzi (he had lodged the initial ticket) but after a rather weak story of why the branch can't help, he directed me to the credit dept at NM. There i had the unfortunate experience of dealing with George. George called Muzi at the Fourways Branch to see what the problem was but Muzi (from whom I got the credit dept's details and who told me it would be best to deal with them directly) told George that he told me to deal with Client Services. I asked for a senior manager and was told to hold for John Nigel. I held the line for 30mins and the call was then dropped by NM. No help, no refund and called a! Way to go NM. Great service.
