STILL PAYING FOR SOMETHING IVE CANCELLED

I am on a cell c contract with nashua mobile and 2 months ago I needed some extra data. I went into a Nashua Mobile branch in Fordsburg and within a few minnutes the data bundle was added. At that time I spoke to consultant and told him I only need it for the current month. He advised which bundle to take out and so i did. In the beginning of the last month I called Nashua Mobile and spoke to a manipulative gentlemen by the name of JP. I had asked him to remove this data bundle from my contract but he told me he was unable to access my account and that I should go back to whoever added it and ask them to remove it. He said he could not access my account. I than told him that if he cant access it, that is an internal problem with nashua mobile and that he should please sort it out. He agreed and promised to do so. He had called again confirming that it was removed and giving me a reference number but as a i was driving i was unable to take it down. Month end comes and Im charged for the data bundle. This month I check to see and the data bundle is still active and im still paying. Called Fordsburg branch to ask them if this is true about JP being unable to access the account - LIE!
