NO RESPONSE FROM NASHUA

On March 7th, I went to my local Nashua Mobile in Brits to activate a Data Bundle. Got the sms to confirm my interaction at local branch. BUT - my bundle was NEVER activated! So at the end of March I received a SKY HIGH BILL!!! I went back to local branch, the confirmed the amount and said they will give the info to headoffice. They never did! I had to call the call center to organize and confirm amounts etc. At the end of April I AGAIN received a SKY HIGH account, I suppose the Data Bundle was NOT activated again! I have mailed and called, and visited my local branch - NO SUCCESS! Local branch are offline, it is a telecomms company - get 3G modems or something!!! I still dont have any answers! I got a sms in the beginning of May to confirm activation of the data bundle, but it should have been activated on March 7th. No response to emails, local branch are offline, and it takes the call centre up to 20minutes before answering my calls!
