In July 2013 I went into the branch at the East Rand Retail Park and requested for a 500MB data bundle to be added to my account. For some reason my account was loaded with a 1GB data bundle as well as a 500MB bundle. When I realised that I had two separate data bundles I requested that the 1GB be taken off my account as I didn't need it, nor asked for it. I was promised a credit for the amount and never received it.

I have since been paying through my ears for my cell phone account (almost double than normal) and could not understand why my bill was as high. I have since contacted Nashua Call centre several times and have spoken to several consultants to try and establish what the reason was, but for almost 5 months NO ONE could assist???

On Sunday 2 Feb I went to see Justin at the East Rand Retail Park again, he then discovered that the 500MB data bundle that I requested on the 7th of July 2013 was never activated by Nashua (even though I was paying for it every month) and on top of that, I was paying for data out of a bundle!

I expect to have the additional charges paid back to me in full ASAP!!!
