I wanted to be honest an cancel my contract, however there was this extremely rude lady from VODACOM's retentions department, named Siphpokazi... I am utterly disgusted with her mannerism and she even cut the call... VODACOM - HOW CAN YOU TRUST SOMEONE LIKE THIS TO RETAIN YOUR CUSTOMERS???
