Cancellation request lost, agent rude and hangs up

My 3G card has not been working for the past 3 months. It's a long story but basically I was told they will cancel it as Vodacom cannot accomodate me due to lack of signal towers or something. Been calling and calling and there have been constant problems. The request was supposed to take 7 - 14 days and it is now almost two months later.
I CALL AGAIN and get through to some snotty consultant who really doesn't seem interested in helping me. He can't find the notes because I have ported my cellphone no. to CellC due to Vodacom Service. He makes me hold for half an hour and comes back and says "We can't help you". That's it. So now what? I tell him I want to speak to his manager. He refuses while being extremely rude and tells me to "call another department or something." I ask for his name and he refuses to give it and puts down the phone in my ear.
I call back and ask for the complaints department... I'm told Vodacom does not have one... that explains everything doesn't it? So now I'm off to the bank to put a stop order on the debit order for this thing so I don't end up paying for another month of nothing. Then I dunno... maybe Vodacom will actually CALL ME for once.
