I have just had about enough of the service received. i have been a loyal customer for many years. first my banking details were captured incorrectly resulting in 3 returned debit orders. no follow up call from MTN until i called when i noticed my services were suspended. what angers me the most is that i had to keep calling MTN to rectify this error . this will obviously give me a negative credit record..all i asked for was a letter stating that the error was by MTN. a month later no letter received. next, i sent through a customer complaint form REF: 3144794 on the 16 January, 3 weeks later still no reply. do i have to keep calling MTN and waste my time??? MTN are you going to give me the letter promised or not. i escaleted the matter on the 4th January to Supervisor Brenda Lebeloane and nothing done to date. must we really name and shame to get some service??? service from MTN is dropping each day and i am moving my contract to Cell C.
