Vodacom is run by "owners of francises"

Vodacom always have great adverts about there service and how 2 keep customers happy. They just talk a lot and don't care bout their customers. I wanted 2 upgrade my contract but the vodashop told me they can't cause on my contract I can't get the phone I want. I emailed the complaints department and then a lady phoned me and said well there is different francises and the owners can decide if they want 2 meet or beat other service providers. She made a comparisonabout Nando's that are run by other people but I told her all Nando's prices are the same. So why do Vodacom allow their francises 2 choose what or what not they want 2 do. I don't have a fcontract with the francises but with vodacom so if a other person can decide 2 meet another deal then vodacom is pathetic. The lady even told me if I'm not happy with their system I may cancel my contract. Mtn is giving the phone I want on a much cheaper deal then vodacom so why must we be loyal 2 vodacom if they can't deliver. Vodacom must get their act together and not allow a buch of monkies run their francises under their name. I've got 3 contracts with them but I guess other service providers will be happy 2 receive my money each mon
