AYANDA RUDE AND DOESNT DO HER JOB

On the 01/11/13 i called 111 and was told i need to call the cancellation dept to cancel a contract. After holding on for 25 min i got through to ayanda. she was so rude and had no manners when she spoke to me.i told her i want to cancel contract. She told me contract will be cancelled. 01/12/13 vodacome took money of my account. I then called 111 07/12/13 only to be told the agent (ayanda) logged a call stating i want to cancel but she didnt do it. it was pending. i was told i was supposed to sms vodacom to confirm, not once in my call with ayanda did she tell me this. i want the recording as this will prove he rude behaviour and she failed to tell me abt the quote. i was told to cal the cancel dept again. i was told that someone will call me on monday. all i want is my refund for 1/12/13 and i dont want vodacom to take money off again. i also want a writter aopolgy as i feel i received bad treatment from ayanda and also in line with FAIS and my CPA right, my request was not carried out. Ayanda did not display and vodacom values and she is a person of unethical behaviour. iam very upset and been a loyal client for more than 5years i dont expect to be treated like this.
