NEVER TRUST VODACOM

To all vodacom users, specially those that have given vodacom a debit order-do not trust vodacom! - for 5 years vodacom has illegally deducted insurance premiums from my account to the tune of R4 424, 00. The reason I never saw the deductions is because I cannot get statements out of this useless vodacom! I demanded a refund and received R1 659, 00?? This without explanation in Its usual arrongant and incompetent manner. DO NOT TRUST VODACOM! I have now discovered vodacom is again illegally deducting the costs of a laptop from my account that I have never received? Nobody at this useless vodacom will answer my queries and deal with this and my refund. DO NOT TRUST VODACOM???
