It is easy to from your customer when hiding in a call centre.

I have reported a complaint on the 10/12/2013 that up to today has not been resolved even if on your system it says it has been resolved.

The fact being that after almost 2months of struggling I finally got the data usage report from your billing department and even though the feedback on your system is that the billing department has confirmed that the charges is valid if one actually use the data and compare to the complaint your data just confirms my complaint and does not validate your charges at all.

Today I spoke to Jasper Mabula who confirmed that my closing balance on the 9/12/2013 was 328MB and by the 10th it was completed. That confirms my complaint as that is how I experienced it as well. Your usage report from billing confirms that my usage for that same period was less that 4mb. So I am lost as to how that can then be correct charges.

Jasper refuses to let me speak to his manager, give me his own e-mail address or even answer my questions. IT REALLY IS EASY TO FROM YOUR CUSTOMER HIDING IN A CALL CENTRE!!!
