Data usage billing without proper reporting

MTN have billed me for data usage of almost 800MB, completely abnormal from my normal usage pattern and after two weeks come back and they cannot provide me with the details of what hosts/websites caused the data usage. I find this unacceptable as a customer since 1998 and will have to reconsider my loyalty to the brand and this due to bad service and incomplete billing systems. I cannot believe that data usage cannot be tracked down to IP/Host level.
