According to Neotel, there was a problem with their data billing system and several customers were overcharged and it will be resolved.

To date nothing, and i'm just being passed around with no real assistance. See my email sent today to give the full story:

Hi

I want to formally log a dispute on the usage information sent to me.

The usage from the 1st to 7th October is incorrect and was not used by me. Furthermore it is extremely suspicious as you will notice that the usage is exactly 2048mb on each of those days which is impossible and defies logic and there is definitely an error on your side.

Furthermore, I called the customer service line on the 10th/11th October (Check your logs)
I queried this usage when I was sent a usage report during this call and I was informed by your consultant that there is an error with the Neotel data billing system and it will be resolved. To date nothing has been done. Please fix your errors and credit my account accordingly.
Check your call logs/recordings to verify this call and conversation that I had with your consultant.

I want this charges reversed as anyone can see that it is an error keeping in mind that the usage is exactly 2048m
