Free 1 GB data and yet I am charged

On Tuesday I queried why I was being charged for data usage on my cell phone 084 2082671 when the KB's used were less than the 1 GB free which was part of my bundle. I had taken a new contract in August last year and queried the Sept and October charges shortly after that and was credited. However, the monthly charges have continued and each month I am charged with GPRS usage. I logged a further complaint on Tuesday and as yet I have had no feedback ref. 331057. I also have a separate sim for my laptop 0836033501 which has suddenly been charged with an out of bundle usage. I requested a detailed billing which again has elicited no response. Surely this is to debit a person's account for charges which are invalid?
