Vodacom is a NIGHTMARE!!

I was upgrading my top up contract and i was motivated into buying a blackberry 9720 so i agreed because it was what wanted to purchase for my daughter, a consultant named mpho from the call centre assured me that the phone will be delivered on the 27th, it will be delivered directly to my house and i was given the instruction that the person who receives it should be ready with an id. So i left the instruction with my daughter, she waited the whole afternoon there was nothing, and the next day and the next... Up till today i have heard nothing! Everytime i call the call centre I'm redirected to about four different people and I'm given numbers that all give me uncleared answers!! First it was the fact that the address was unknown, my question is how can u give me a delivery date without double checking the address??, secondly i was told they were awaiting an order number, third time i got no answer but reached an auto machine telling me the phone will arrive on the 7th of February.. I don't WANT THE PHONE, I WANT TO CANCEL, iv been a loyal contract holder for years but this is the hogwash i get?!! Im highly disappointed and fustrated to the max. I will NEVER renew with them
