I Called Vodacom the beginning of December to assist with resetting my password for my Vodacom internet account. THAT'S IT, only a Vodacom password. I have called more than 8 times and every time the call centre agent (there is so many that I have already spoken to that I cant just name and shame one) informs me that they are still busy with my request and someone will call me asap. ITS BEEN A MONTH AND A HALF!!! How difficult can it be to reset a password???

Vodacom wants us to rather use the internet as it seems the agents working for them is to incompetent to do their work but the do not allow me to use this service DUE to not assisting me. And worst is that i even told the last agent that i spoke to that if it is not sorted out i will report this on hello peter. ITS BEEN TWO DAYS!
I am so FED UP with Vodacom that I will NOT be renewing my contract now February that I have had since 1997!!!

YOUR SERVICE!!! I use to love Vodacom now im just SO frustrated and unhappy that I cant wait to take my business away, as well as my whole family.

Im quite curious to see how long it will take for anyone to respond to this complaint...
