Bad service still unresolved

On the 20th of January I sent through documents to vodacom to transfer ownership of my cellular contract back into my name. I was moving to a new company so my previous company no longer had a need to pay for it. On the 22nd of Jan I got a response from a certain Simon [Email Removed] requesting documents I had already sent through and stating that I needed to complete forms. I replied stating that all docs and forms were completed and sent through. I had no response after this so I assumed all was I order. Yesterday 4th February my line was suspended. I mailed him and all he responds is that the form is missing information. I have thereafter sent him numerous mails asking what additional information he needs and what is his contact number so we are able to discuss and he does not respond.in the mean time I sit with a suspended line which is instrumental to my profession. This is terrible service.
