One in a Million

Last year I opened a CellC data package. The sales consultant at the time knew I was opening it for my new Smart Phone device. HOWEVER what he FAILED to do was notify me that with any data package from CellC, on termination of the contract the cellphone number attached to the contract would also be terminated!! Now why the would i want to terminate a number that I have ad for the last 10 years, which the consultant clearly knew! To cut a long story short, after find this out yesterday followed by 5 hours of continuous calls to the Customer Care line and having spoken to over half a dozen consultants and transferred to 5 different departments I finally spoke to Phallang Ntshohi would helped resolve all my problems with in 12 hours. I highly recommend him for a promotion.
