Cell C's Pathetic Network Problem

Its almost 2 years and the call centre keeps promising that they working on the problem. Emergency text messages to cell c nos only go through the next day. Calls to a Cell c nos hardly goes through and when you get through the conversation is interupted with and cut of, this happens on a daily basis. International calls are pathetic, you have to dial the person like 5 times in the conversation. The BBM and Whats Up messages are stuck all the time, requiring the handset to be rebooted all the time. Its becoming frustrating as the use of this network is so minimised that I dont want to deal with this network anymore. I live in PMBurg and travel between Durban and Portshepstone and the results are the same, there is no such thing as no network in the area, its an overall problem my friends are experiencing as well
