On 18.07 FNB sent documents for us to complete. We completed and returned all required docs on 02.08. On 05.08, they reply saying all docs are still outstanding (even though we sent everything). On 06.08 we mail them stating we sent the docs, and we asked additional questions in the mail regarding proof of address, which were never answered. on 08.08, they send back forms which were filled in incorrectly, without telling us what was incorrect. we then called them to get the details. On 12.08, we sent the corrected forms. On 16.08, they reply with yet another form that they found was incorrect. On 19.08, we corrected and re-submitted. Today, 21.08, they reply with yet another mail, asking for details and forms that we have already sent in previous mails. No one calls to give feedback and when we reply, we wait 2 to 3 days for feedback via email. Could all the issues not have been highlighted in the beginning (which is only logical) and why ask for stuff we have already submitted? I'm really not impressed - Been banking with FNB for a good couple of years and can't believe they have disappointed me like this!
