I have signed up for the Mweb 6 month contract where you get two months free. I have requested to have my line migrated and was told I can only do so after the first two months I then applied after the first two months and after I have completed my forms and received confirmation that my forms was received. My line was not migrated. I then called the call center again and was told my forms are incomplete and documents are missing. I resent the documents and again it was confirmed that the documents has been received. Again the line was not migrated. This happened again for a third time and then today I called the call center again and I was told again my documentation is missing. I then asked the lady what is missing and I opened the paper work on my PC as by this time I have saved the documentation on my PC. She then had a totally different form to the one I had. The last form I sent was on 13/03/2013 and it is completed. I also have emails to prove it.
If MWEB felt that there is information missing should it not be protocol to call me and request the docs? I refuse to send these forms again. My contract is expiring in a bit more than a moth and then I will cancel the contract mwe
