Where to begin, Unfortunately my Husband passed away at the end of January, in the beginning of February I went into a Vodacom shop and requested a transfer of account into my name, for 4 cell phone numbers and a modem, I handed in all required documents, Death Cert, ID, Bank Statements, Husbands Company Letterhead (He was main member), I had to fill in a application form, then my service was suspended due to my husbands bank account being frozen, I contacted the collections dept. *only to be told they have received no documentation to transfer the account, once again sent all docs to them*, went back to Vodacom shop only to be told it was pending and I could not apply for 5 numbers, filled in another application form, paid the outstanding amount, collections dept. phoned again same story, then I received a call from legal collections, same story, spoke to various people, told them I have been a loyal customer since cell phones came out, and the service I received is appalling to say the least, maybe I should look at an alternative provider, her response "YOU DO THAT". I have now filled in 5 application forms and sent all relevant docs 6 times, since Feb. till now no action!!!
