Disgusting service and poor quality of service

This morning I tried making a call to only realise that my contract has been suspended. I then called MTN at 6'o clock this morning to find out why my contract was suspended and spoke to an agent by the name of Lilian.
She tells me I used R 7000 worth of data yesterday at 17:40 which is because by that time I was not even on my phone and on my way to a meeting. My phone was on silent and in my pocket and everything was switched off. She then told me that I had to wait for 8'o clock to contact the Credit Dept in regards to my billing. I then waited for 8'o clock and waited in line for assistance the whole day to only get assistance at 14:00 PM and spoke to an agent by the name of Neo who then told me the exact same thing as Lillian and referred me to the Credit Dept and then I had to wait for another 30mins for someone to drop the phone in my ear. Been ever since and can't get ahold of MTN whatsoever. It's quite disgusting really how my account was being embazzled and MTN aren't willing to do anything about it. Lillian logged a called with the Credit Dept at 6 this morning and the only form of interaction from them is by sending me a message to contact them. Such bad service!
