VERY PATHETIC AFTER SERVICE AND ATTITUDES

Hi there please can you maybe help me in getting my phone switched back on due to a bit of bad timing on my behalf. I have been going through a rough month and due to that I could not pay all my accounts in time and of coarse 8ta was one, now they suspended my line and on Thursday night I managed to pay the money after they took R1500.00 off the 16th of May 2013 and the 16 of May 2013 I paid a further R1970.00. when I spoke to Prudence she said she has logged a case and sent me the case number being 5991091 and said that she has forwarded it to the necc dept and it should be rectified within 24 to 48 hours.

This morning my phone is still not on and so I called the 8ta service centre and spoke to Ndele and he reckons I now have to wait for 7 working days to get my phone reactivated... this is outright ludicrous because I rely on my phones for my business and emergency. I am on my way to Pretoria and need my phones. Never the less this Ndele character tell's me that because I never paid my account on time 8ta waited for my money I can wait for my phone to switched on...

All I am asking please can someone just switch on my phones I will make sure this never happens again.
