Service Deducting from my MTN airtime

Good day Peter, i have a problem for about a month now i have a service that has been deducting from my airtime, i am currently on a top up 100 contract with MTN.Friday i phoned them to ask who i am subscribed to and the lady who helped me said a service called opera telecom i asked the agent who i spoke to how do i unsubscribed she tells me it's fine she unsubscribed me from the service and it takes up to 48 hours before it is valid.48 hours was due on Saterday already now still my airtime is deducted for the weekend alone there has been a deduction of about R60 and this morning another R10, then i called this morning again at about Nine o clock they told me to try in an hour at 11:30 i called again and spoke to Doitumelo maisa and still their services are down i switched my phone off now because of these deductions i do not know what to do anymore your help would be much appreciated.
