The insensitivity I experienced with Cell C, commencing 17 November till today is disappointing. The insurance replaced my blackberry torch (free 2G Data etc.) with a Nokia Lumia (I accumulated a whooping R 5865, which I have reversed & my credit score will be negatively impacted. An explanation was not provided 2 me abt background updates, data usage n charges. I have been 2 Cell C Rosebank more than 5 times, endlessly called the shop n the call centre. The call centre states that the shop must deal with my complaint. My line will be suspended in 2 days. Spoke to a Ms Gordon who sounded very symphathetic n I naively thought she will help me but her behaviour has been to the contrary. Cell C's treatment is unfair they have caused an significant imbalance of my rights as their consumer for 9 years (with 4 Contracts). Restrictions of my phone are not justifiable as the terms of service for the phone were not clearly laid out on my liability. The previous manager has also resigned who dealt with my complaint, the new manager I am out of words. Is there anybody from Cell C who can assist me.
