I have had my account with them since the early 90's, but over the last 4 months my cellphone bill has quadrupled. Even though I have itemised billing, there is no detail supplied as to what I did to warrent the amounts. I have been trying since last year to get an understanding of my account to no avail. They have sent me dumps for December and the beginning of November where my query is specific to a day late in November. None of my questions are answered and no explanations given. I pay my account, is it too much to ask for real itemised billing?
