CELL C "THE POWER IS IN YOUR HANDS" MEANS NOTHING

It's been 10 days since my last encounter with Cell C. I went to fetch my "new" phone at the Centurion Mall outlet, just to find that my Blackberry Bold 9900 which Cell C or Blackberry SA could not fix, has been replaced with a "refurbished" phone. They are passing another disfunctional phone to me, how is this possible. I refused to take the phone and asked Mr Sisa to send me my signed contract which states that a unrepairable phone will be replaced with a refurbished phone. Till date, I have received nothing, not even an e-mail. I am without a phone since October 2012 and I've complained several times on Hello Peter, but it is as if Cell C is just responding on Hello Peter because they have to. I don't want a refurbished phone, the Salesperson explained to me that a refurbished phone is also a phone that had a default, but that it has been repaired. This is not acceptable. How can Cell C take pride in themselves dealing with their customers in such a way. Will any of Cell C's personnel accept a refurbished phone if their phone is still under warranty? I really had it with Cell C. I don't get any feedback and my phone is MISSING IN ACTION!!! WHAT AM I TO DO?? PLEASE!!
