Bad data signal peak times and off peak times

Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic from Cell C. After my first complaint almost 2 weeks ago on HelloPoeter, I got an email to say that I will be contacted by somebody within a couple of days. This never happened., and more by Cell C yet again. What a waste. Since that complaint, my data signal has gotten worse even during off peak hours. How much longer do I have have to put up with this nonsense from Cell C. None of should put up with this??? Maybe Cell C will take us seriously if we all insist on getting refunds. The Consumer Protection Act has put the power in our hands!!!
