Cell c are overcharging on data usage

Cell C are ripping subscribers off by overcharging on data usage and when tackled on the issue they refused to respond to the issue - this is blatant and all subscribers who are on a package where they get charged for extra data usage should know they are being ripped off. After no response from Cell C I am going to lay a complaint in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.
