Bad data connection

I have a new contract with a Z10 Blackberry. The data connection keeps failing. I have to de power and re power the phone to get the data to reconnect. If I stay in one place the connection is stable but moving around KZN the connection drops and the only way to get it to reconnect is to de and re power the phone. I have reported it 4 times over a 3 week period REF 1768261. I have been told all sort of nonsense by the technical helpline people - put the sim card in another phone/ connect on Vodacom / list where I go so they can check the network /etc.
I have used the other 2 networks for many years and never experienced this problem. I have been back to the Pavilion Cell C shop but they were beyond unhelpful saying it was a Blackberry problem. The Blackberry rep was at the shop and he told me it was not a Blackberry issue - it was a network issue. Cell C where to from here? This has been going on for 3 weeks now. Please either fix it or refund me and release me from the contract.
