Cell C violating my consumer protection act rights

The issue is with the call centre, accounts, sales staff, and technical departments.
I upgraded my BlackBerry to Samsung S4 3 weeks ago, for 3 weeks my sim was barred due to bad sim porting, only got fixed today, in that process all my airtime, sms, and data credit was deleted. I am also barred from loading airtime of which I get an MMI error.
After calling the call centre for everyday for 3 weeks, no help! the call centre manager promised to call back and didn't.
One call centre staff member says that in a port scenario my credit gets forfeited (which I was failed to be communicated to, therefore, violating my consumer protection act rights), but then another call centre member says that my credit doesn't get forfeited and actually gets transferred. These are all recorded conversations on their system thus legally standing audio files of a brand committing.
The worst of the exploitation of my consumer protection act rights is that Cell C has passed my personal contact information off to a 3rd party company to advertise to me.
I have been with them since I was 14 but clearly I am just a cell phone number to these people, this issue should be raised to the press.
