No Network-poor customer service

Hi,

I purchased a data plan 21st jan, and from the very first day it never worked, it says that the internet is connected but the site never opens.
I registered the complaint with the customer care and they said that the issue is reported to the network team and someone will call back and check the connectivity, after 3-4 days I called the customer care and they said that the network team tried to call on the number 0815243778 (told them that its the data number and the team should be aware of this and updated them with the current number). After 7-8 days i registered the complain again with the customer care and they said that they have already registered the complain and someone will call back. I have made n number of complains at the customer care, i even wrote at the Facebook page but no response, i also visited the 8ta office in sandton city mall and the guy gave me a number which does not exist.
I am highly frustrated as I have already paid the amount and its been 15 days that its not working. Someone told me about HelloPeter and this is my last attempt to try, as I am tired of 8ta and will not contact them further. My numbers are 27790918344 and 27842659296.
