I first called the 8.ta customer care to request network coverage around my area to be boasted, as i am having network coverage problems (My internet was very slow but my modem was working) on 27/10/2013 at 08h00 and case No6882715 (Cell No 081 708 0856), I technician (Senzo he said his name was) visited my house, on the 04/11/2013, the very same evening of his visit i tried to connect to the internet and this time not only did i not have network coverage but my modem was no longer working, the was no physical damage that i could detect, but it just stopped working after the technician left my house, called the customer care to raise this and the first few days i was told nothing had been reported back and finally on 15/11/2013 i was told that the matter was escalated and should hear from the IT support team soon, i had been almost four weeks and i haven't had any feed back, send an email twice [Email Removed] asking for a status update and no one others to respond and
1.I am still without network coverage
2.A broken modem (which i cant book in for repairs, just in-case they call and visit my house)
3.Data forfeited because of the above...
