Bad Customer Service

I called in @ Vodacom customer care spoke to the lady by the name of Ntombi who gave me attitude even went as threatining to hang up the call on me because she didnt want listen to she wanted me to listen to her, i requested to speak to her team leader thats when she started to coporate with me, i spoke to her team leader who promised to soart out the issue even today Lunathi hasnt called me like he promised.

to make matters worse i paid my contrct but now that Vodacom has to activate my number they are now telling me that they deleted my number from the network and they cnt get it back for they gonna have to issue me a new number and i dont want a new number i need the number that i have been using for more than ten years, now i dont have a cell number to give out to ppl.
