Two years ago I took out a contract for the Internet. One year ago I got an iPad. I went to oak fields branch to get another sim for my iPad, making it two sims under one number. Since getting a sim fo the ipad, my dongle has never worked. In a year I have made endless calls to the customer care number, been told to wait twenty four hours, and still nothing. Eventually someone actually helped me and realized that my one sim card was not registered. Roughly three weeks ago I went back to mtn in oak fields and told the girl Rita, the problem. She took all the paperwork and said it would all be done within 48 hours. To date I am still waiting. When I phoned mtn direct I was told that it hadn't been registered and I would have to contact the branch. I did. I am still awaiting for my Internet sim to be registered and not one person at the oak fields centre asked me for the sim number of the one I need registered. I'm tired of being pushed pillar to post, after being an mtn customer for almost 16 years, I'm looking to leave if this is not sorted out ASAP.
