Cell C
No Network at all

Hi, I have brought Cell C on contract for 6 months now I am facing network, I do not get any incoming call. Only I get SMS informing that I had missed from XXX numbers. I have saved a;; SMS as a proof. If make a call to any one, it will not connect in 1st attempt or if it will get disconnect in between. I have called customer care to register my complaint, after 3 days I called to follow up my complaint and they said there is no complaint registered for my issue. Again I called them and they suggested me restart my mobile but it doesn't work so again I called them and this time they said visit to Cell C shop to check if my SIM is working or not. This kind of service CELL C is providing.

WHAT BIG MISTAKE I MADE BUYING CELL C WHEN HAVING BIG COMPANY LIKE VODACOM.
