I went to Telkom to find out why my bill is so high, the lady was so rude and unprofessional she had a very bad attitude and kept on telling me I should read my bill properly the I can phone inquiries because she cant tell me, then I want to know why is she working there if she cannot help me??? my cancelation fee is R14, 600.00 for my TABLET!!! and this is not the first problem I had my tablet a week and it was already faulty!!! I am so tired of this service!!!
