I have a 3G contract with Nashua mobile. Since the first bill, I have phoned and complained as it is excessively high. They are unable to tell me what it was used for, but I must keep on paying.
Now, after months, i get an invoice breakdown... there are even phone calls listed!!!
This sim is in my tablet - I do not even know how to make phone calls with my tablet.
I have another 3G account, that is used by my son, and I NEVER have a problem with it - There is a problem with this contract/sim/billing, what ever as I hardly use this. There is NO WAY that I use R800 worth of data...
I need this resolved or I need this cancelled.
