I went to give my samsung galaxy 3 tablet (telkom mobile) in on the 11th of January 2014 for repairs as it was over heating, kept on freezing and kick me out of the intetnet. A week later they send me a message telling me its on the way for repairs. It's now the 5th of February 2014 today and im still waiting for it. They dont even have the number or address for the place where they send it in for repairs. I think this is as they wont let u know by sms or anything. They say they dont have stock to fix my tablet. I went 5 times to telkom to find out what's going on but they can't help me. They say I must be patient to wait for it, and they won't give me a new one.
