Unfair distribution

On 30 January I order online a Lanovo tablet. On special for R99 a month. On Saturday 01 February a friend of mine does the same. On 4 February my friend is approved and is being sent a tablet. I call Telkom Mobile as I have not heard anything for my order. I get told they are out of stock as of the end of last week and the special is discontinued. So I who ordered first did not get my order but someone who orders two days layer does. How does that work. I am so off right now with Telkom Mobile. Just does not make sense.
