I took out a contract for a Samsung Tablet and 2 Gig data, the tablet was faulty and they replaced it. when i got my statement they charged me for the new Tablet and also for the monthly subscription for the 2 gig and hardware, i have send numerous emails regarding this, and they have promised to sort this out and pass a credit as the faulty unit has been repaired and returned into stock. Today i called the accounts department and confirmed that no credit was passed and that i have a bill to pay on the 25th for over R7000.00. they are very good in service with new contracts but when it come to sorting out account problems they always have an issue. please help with this as i am now giving up on this, i am going to stop the debit order from going off my bank account.
