I went to this specific store to sort out a problem with the internet of my tablet. First of all I waited for more than 30 minutes before any of the staff got a around to attending to me.

Then this Jacques Koekemoer comes over, poorly dressed already making a poor impression and he has an attitude from the get go. I explain my problem regarding the settings of my tablet being incorrect and that this is causing me problems as I often work away from any wifi and that I need the internet to work properly, and not hust sometimes. As I am also paying a lot of money for the internet.

Instead of helpful he is plain rude and full of attitide, teling me its not his fault that it isn't working, I didn't purchase it from him, if I did there woudl be no problem, and he refuses to assist me if I am not willing to pay for his services.

He was extremely unprofessional and very rude, and I ended up just walking out of the shop, with him still making comments. Now I still have the problem with my tablet and I will not be going back to that store.

According to him it his not his problem if I pay for a service it doesn not mean I should be receiving it. That does not make sense at all!!
