Triple billing and terrible call centre!

I have been debited this month by Vodacom almost 3 times my monthly debit order amount. When checking my account summary online it told me that was for data usage. This is impossible as I use only WIFI at home as well as most the time at work. I have had this specific contract for a year and a half and have never been debited more than R50 over my standard billing. This amount needs to be refunded immediately. I phoned the call centre 5 times which added up to over 40 minutes on the phone and 3 out of the 5 times I was cut off in the middle of a conversation. The other 2 I had the worst consultants I have ever spoken to. They were unfriendly and unwilling to help. I have been a Vodacom customer for 10 years and this kind of "service" makes me want to look elsewhere!
