In June 2012 Vodacom added a 2000 sms bundle onto my cell phone packaged, I had never requested this to be added to my account and had not given anyone authority to do so. After numerous back and forth phone calls, Vodacom admitted this was an error and issued a credit on my account. I was refunded in full for the sms bundle. This year, in January the sms bundle was added to my contract again and again without permission. I contacted the call centre and was told that there was enough time for them to reverse the bundle before I was billed. I was told that someone would confirm this with me within 24 hours, and no one did. I contacted the call centre again (10 days later) to be told that the query had not even been logged. I recieved an sms to say that my Vodacom SMS-MO has been migrated to Standard SMS-MO. In the meantime my account has again been debited for this bundle. I have tried calling the call centre all day today, I held for 25 minutes at one stage, and the call back facility keeps cutting me off. I need to be refunded for this amount and I am also not sure I want to keep my contract with Vodacom after having to go through all this trouble twice.
