Ridiculous prices

I'm a vodacom contract customer who was triple billed an amount of -R1300 end of January, I had to reverse these debit orders because no one bothered to contacts me to advise of a TRIPLE DEBIT that was going to off my account... which means TRIPLE the bank charges.this month the amount I owe has home up by another R2000 which I don't understand how as iv never used the number since the last debit order tried to go through can someone please explain how the amount owing has increased by so much when my contract only requires me to pay 400, whose phone calls and data usage am I paying for???
