Vodacom refuses to take responsibility

After many calls, emails, pleading, my issue with Vodacom is unresolved. After Vodacom admitted their customer care consultant gave me the wrong advice, which resulted in me cracking the back cover of a Xperia z1, i was informed today that Vodacom won't accept responsibility. I am expected to honour my 2 year contract, and pay out of my own for a new phone. This when it is clear in the recording that i was told to open the phone. I understand that customer care will show this issue as pending, but Lester informed the Lakeside store to the outcome. So i am confused. And disheartened. So will write to every newspaper or magazine that will print my story. At least i can warn other customers that yes, Vodacom is good at sales but horrific at customer care. Thanks for nothing Vodacom.
