My tablet was in October and I blocked the sim card and reported to the police. Mtn said they would clear the used account of R6000 however on the 1 of January 2014 they attempted to take R 9500 from my bank account. The contract sim has and had been blocked and clesred since the incident in October so I should not be billed and have money taken from my bank account with no notification by mtn. Can this account be cleared as they are loosing as a customer and are defrauding me now because I'm paying for data and a service I havent used.
