After upgrading to the Xperia Z1 our data would not load. Your customer care told me to theOPEN THE PHONE THAT CAN'T BE OPENED AND TAKE OUT THE BATTERY. When i cracked the back cover in my first tentative attempt i knew something was wrong. Since then I've had nothing but and abuse from customer care instead of someone taking responsibility in giving me the wrong advice. I'm told to repair the phone myself. This is unacceptable. I'm expected to pay for a compromised phone that can't be used for its main feature now, and Vodacom can't be sued or held accountable. I'm going to try my best, for this IS NOT MY FAULT. I WILL cancel all our phones and make sure i cost Vodacom as many customers as possible. Shame on Vodacom. Now even though the ear piece is faulty i can't return it as my 7 days have lapsed thanks to the tardy service.
